Unfortunately, at this time, Green Cuisine is only able to ship to UK mainland addresses Current Post-Brexit regulations haem we are no longer able to ship into the EU. We apologise for this and hope that this situation will change in the future.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard UK Shipping: £4.00 flat rate per order.
- Free Delivery: Applied automatically at checkout on all orders over £30.00.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship exclusively to UK Mainland addresses. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland at this time.

Returns Policy
Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept physical returns of any food products once they have been dispatched from our facility.
Reporting an Issue or Damaged Item
If there is a problem with your order - such as missing items, damage in transit, or a product quality issue - please notify us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
To report an issue, please email customer-services@greencuisine.co.uk including the following details:
- Your order number and full name
- The name of the product(s) affected
- The Best Before Date listed on the packaging
- Clear photograph(s) showing any damage or quality issues
Refunds & Replacements
Where an investigation confirms a valid issue with your order, we will gladly offer a replacement product or a full refund.
- Refund Method: All refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of issue verification. please be aware that it may take longer than this for the your bank to refund you.
